FAQ

How do I know if it will fit my bike?

TMD V2 is compatible with any bike using a 1 1/8” metal steerer, which covers most forks. It’s optimized for steerer tubes longer than 180mm, but can also fit shorter ones using standard headset spacers.

Is TMD suitable for e-bikes?

Absolutely. TMD is a great upgrade for e-bikes, where longer rides mean more exposure to vibration and fatigue.

Do I need to adjust my fork setup when using TMD?

No, it’s plug and play. That said, the added composure may encourage harder riding, so a slight increase in spring rate and compression can help maximize performance.

Is it compatible with gravel bikes?

Not yet, but a gravel-specific version is currently in development.

Will it affect jumping or manuals?

TMD has minimal impact on jumping and manuals and is largely unnoticeable in those situations.

Does it rattle?

No. TMD installs securely and stays firmly in place.

What tools are required for installation?

Installation is simple. You’ll only need a 4mm Allen key and a 10mm spanner.
