Shipping costs are free shipping for orders totalling over $100, and a flat rate of $15 for purchases totalling under $100. When goods are in-stock, orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days, depending on the supplier.

Our returns policy allows you 30 days to return any unwanted item at your own cost, excluding items from made to order, pre order collections, samples, masks or nutrition. All items must be returned via post to BikeChain HQ, or to the specified supplier.
